Unable to access the MyEE App or website

The MyEE website says its down and the App has the error code "A4.59.1-04ec9" - and yes, I have deleted and reinstalled, cleared the data and the cache to no avail, I had to purchase data just to be able to access this forum. What on earth is going on?

@Chewy21   Call customer service and request that they reset your online account.

Hello,

 

This is a recurring error.

 

I complained last January (the version was A4.54 as far as I remember) and now we are here again... ☹️

 

"There seems to be a problem..."

 

Basically, the upgrade to version A4.59.1 does not work (at least for Xiaomi phones). Specifically, A4.59.1-ca636

 

When this issue happened back in January, you were able to fix it. Please kindly release a new version with the patch ASAP.

I was able to log in on the site and the app by the time morning came, I presume it must have been maintinence?
