Music keeps going on then off and calls keep dropping on my oppo

My OPPO Find X3 Lite 5G keeps dropping calls after dialling or answering and when playing media the volume keeps going silent and then coming back on. Can anyone help me please?

Are your calls dropping when using the mobile network or WiFi Calling? If mobile, is it only happening in one location?

 

Is the volume issue only happening with one particular app?
