Hi there I ordered a phone but I haven’t got the order reference number how can i get it or how can i know if my order was successful

@Mannaa1  Have you checked your spam folder ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I did the same online and I didn’t receive any confirmation either and in My EE there is no indication that my order went through!!!

 

Guess I will have to call EE!!

I’ve got the exact same problem going on. I’ve had no emails from yourselves since you took the £30 from my account at the end of last week. My email address is xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx
