@JaneD1961 Are you taking about a fixed broadband connection? If you are you need to call customer services. From your landline you can dial 150.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker / Address Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your new addy.

@JaneD1961 : As it's just a 4GEE mobile router you have, just take it with you. EE don't need to know where it is. It's mobile.
Then ignore my previous post. It was was for fixed landline BB.

You can also update your address within your My EE account online > Account Settings > My Address > Change.
