My monthly planing is 160gb data per month I use 80GB now my internet stop working please solve out my problems when I contract with Ee I talk with your customer service about that they told first they showing 80GB data when you use that one after that give more 80GB data but now they didn’t give

Could I ask you to check if the other 80GB is showing as an add-on? 

 

To check this please jump on to your My EE app, go to Plan & Add-ons, then Add-ons and please let me know if it shows any data add-ons.
