I updated my shared plan today but and the internet connection in one of the phones isn't working now, doesn't look the data is being shared as in the other phone is working fine. How can I fix it?

@rebecamartins Shared plans don’t exist any more and haven’t for a few years. Your not on or using a shared plan any more the other device will need its own tariff even if that tariff is the cheapest available and you’ll be able to gift data to that other tariff.

Do you mean you gifted data to another phone on your account and it hasn't been received by the user?
