Mobile data isn’t working

Hi, I’m new to EE. My mobile data stopped working after my number was transferred to EE.

I’ve been without mobile data for 4 days now

Hi 

 

this is also happening to my phone, I changed my number on Tuesday and since then I can only get 3G. 

This is a known issue with EE and they don’t know when this will be fixed. I’ve been refunded my entire months mobile / Apple Watch plan.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have an iPhone and it’s not on the list.

  try  opening  up   " gov.uk "  web page or  " nhs.uk "  if this pages  opening  then   EE 

 

have applied  a Data cap   you  will find  that when you call you be  lest with  only  front line   call operator who will to manage  to call by leaving you on hold  for  long time  only to   back to the call to say  we have  run check ,  every thing is  working  fine ,  if you ask to be  transferred  to  Technical  yo  will told  i'm very sorry   but they wont take calls 

 

here is the problem if your tied in to a contract you   stuck  if you  on pay as you  go  the only  option  is  add more credit  .....

If you can't see an update, it sounds like you're already up to date.

 

Are you able to try resetting your network settings?

 

This can be done in Settings, General, Reset, then Reset Network Settings.

I’m not sure what’s happened but my mobile data is now working. 

I guess the issue must’ve been resolved.
