Hi there,
I have a mobile broadband router in a holiday let property far away from my location and I want to buy extra data for it. I have tried the add on url but that requires the wifi to be switched off which I can't do as I'm 200 miles away.
I have tried the buy more data button but it doesn't work
I have tried the small business support number but it's shut.
Can you help?
CHeers
Chris

@ChrisMacrae : I don't understand. How could you have tried the http://add-on.ee.co.uk URL if you are remote from the router? It can only be done from a device directly connected to it by WiFi.
I'm guessing you are trying it from some other mobile far away from the router & the WiFi it is referring to is that that your mobile is connected to.
