Mobile Network state disconnected

Ive just transfered my number from an ee sim to an ee sim. And the number has changed and I can recieve calls but cannot make them, send texts or use mobile data. Is there a reason why and how do I fix it

Did you change from pay as you go to pay monthly or from pay monthly to pay as you go?

 

Did you do this with us directly or through a third party retailer?

It was from a pay monthly to a pay monthly and was direct through ee

I'm not aware of a way you can transfer a number from pay monthly to pay monthly directly with EE, @Chloe03.

 

It might be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can find out what's happened.
