GALAXY A21s

Hi all.  I upgraded to a Galaxy A21s a couple of weeks ago, from my Galaxy Core Prime (I'd reached full storage capacity).  The new mobile takes a smaller sized SIM so I need a new one.  I thought I'd ordered one on line but obviously that didn't work as it hasn't arrived! In the order process it stated £1.50 would be added to my bill.  I live in rural Wales and don't drive so it's a bind to have to get hub to take me 25 miles to the EE shop at Carmarthen just to get a SIM card.  Any tips for how I could get EE to post me a SIM card to fit my new mobile please?

@kaz63   SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class so depending on how long it’s been I would call customer services about this.

Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one.
