Mixed information PS5

Hi,
I recently ordered a ps5 (6/8/21) as an add on and noticed the delivery address didn’t include my door number so I called ee moments later and the lady I spoke to said she rectified this issue. On the 10th, DPD cancelled my delivery and have returned the PS5 back to EE which is confirmed in the tracking page.
I have called EE about this issue and I keep getting mixed information. one person has told me once the PS5 is back in the warehouse, they can help me get it redelivered to my house. However, another person told me that they cannot contact the warehouse and I have to wait for it to come back into stock?
Please can you kindly confirm if I will be able

please can you help clear up what is happening with my PS5 order? Will I be able to get it delivered to me ?
