Is this the actual only way to contact ee web site and phone numbers useless , because my delivery was booked for evening u then get a txt saying this afternoon to go to my neighbours who was in all day and now dpd saying it’s in its way back to ee pretty peed off with it all right now

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue. There is no customer account access on these forums.

Same happened to me, worked at home, have cameras on house. No delivery attempted by DPD that day, no card put through door . Delivery due last Tuesday… no communication from either EE or DPD. Called EE and was told they can’t do anything until phone arrives back then I will have to start process again and order again. How long will notification take… we are on day 8??? Where is my phone?
incredibly poor service.by DPD and EE!
