Hi, I’m just looking for some advice. I’ve recently called broadband due to moving address, they have advised me of when my broadband will be transferred over. No engineer is needed but I cannot find the master socket in my property. Any ideas?

Full Fibre Max 900 is FTTP. If there is not already an ONT there then an eng has gotta come & install it. Is there a box (CSP) on the outside wall already like
? That would also need to be installed.
Practically any router will do for FTTP.

A BT master socket is needed for all BB except FTTP (Fibre to the Premises). Which BB product have you ordered? Do you have an ONT (the FTTP modem) already in the premises looking like 1 of these: Openreach modem (ONT) explained: Ports and models - BT?
Does a telephone cable come to the outside of the house, either from a pole to near the roof or from the ground up the wall?
What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

It doesn’t seem as though I have the openreach modem either. I already have a standard fibre plan with EE with the standard router which I’ll be taking with me. The plan I have changed to is a fibre max 900 without landline so I don’t know if that changes anything
this is the router I have currently

I contacted broadband again in regards to this as there is no box outside the house or inside. They have now sent an engineer out for the date my broadband goes live in my new property. Thank you for your help!
