Ordered my upgrade online and it came today and I hate the new phone can I return the phone I store or do I have to return through post since it was bought online?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC.
As you ordered online you don't return to a store but:
Channel Returns

Stores will not be able to process this, refunds have to be done via the Chanel you purchased it from
