Lost delivery - poor EE service.

Help. I have a text to tell me my additional SIM card has arrived but there is no trace of it anywhere. There is no way to track a SIM delivery and no way to contact EE to ask what has happened. Awful service from EE despite them being happy to take my money. Any way of asking them where it is?

Welcome to the community,

 

Unfortunately EE are very short staff and so the lines are very busy, but if you stay on the line, even after the recorded message, as soon as someone is available, they will answer your call.

 

If you are on monthly contract, you can also use the chat to contact them, it is likely it got lost, but please bear in mind that SIM cards are sent by second hand post, so do take longer than first class. How long ago did you order your SIM card?
