Hi,
I ordered my upgrade yesterday and chose a delivery slot for Saturday.
I then received an email today saying "We need a bit more information from you to complete the order. If you can give us a call on 0800 079 0531".
I then received a further email 3 minutes mylater saying that my order is l on its way.
Tried to call a few times. Most times I'm just told the lines are too busy and to phone back later, but was on hold for like 10 minutes once before being cut off.
I've already made the upfront payment and it's an upgrade on my current contract. Do you think the original was sent in error, can't think what other info is needed?

Are you able to track your order in our online order tracker?
If you can, it will be an active order and on it's way to you.
If you can't, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check for you.
