Beats X free Apple watch not arrived

  1. Hi I ordered an Apple Watch in March and was told the beats X headphones would be sent out after 2 weeks.

 

ive chased three weeks ago and was told a new set would be sent out and arrive after a week.

 

so far I still haven’t received them

 

can you advise ???

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team about this.

 

They will have access to your account and be able to give you an update.
