My upgraded handset was due today but I haven’t had a message from dpd yet will this mean it won’t be here today?
i don’t have an order number or my confirmation email either just an account number.

Have you still not had any communication from DPD?
If not, I'd recommend contacting our our Customer Care team so they can give you an update on your order.
