@anjasola  No,  Live chat is available via your online account. A live chat window will pop-up when a agent is free to chat and that’s going to depend if the agents are taking lots of calls. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Still trying...... I stayed on computer all last night until 11pm and back on from 8am this morning.
