Overcharge for data addon

I took a recurring £5 add-on for 1GB data and was charged £10 for it.

My monthly plan is £7.5 per month and this time was 17.92 ??

 

Whats going on? Plus your customer care closes at 9 pm and your live chat shows 11 pm but the button is disabled?

Please help me resolve this issue

The 1GB recurring data add-on costs £5.21. Looks like you've ordered it twice or it's been charged twice. Look in your Extras & Add-ons to see what's listed.

Unfortunately it has been charged twice.

It shows 1 add-on and only 1GB yet £10 charged.
