I just recieved my simcard and ive tried every tip to register it but it wont, my old simcard registered easily in a few minutes but this time around with my new sim its taking such a long time. I tried on the my ee app but it wont recognise my number and i cant call 150 for help as im "registered on no network" any help?

What was the reason for the new SIM? Is this an upgrade phone? A lost/stolen replacement? Or a brand-new connection?
And are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

Just a new simcard because my old ee simcard had trouble with websites messaging it for verification and its not on any plan yet

Did you order a replacement SIM card through your My EE account, or have you ordered a brand new pay as you go SIM and wish to transfer your number?
