Once again I've moved house, I've used the moving home option and spoke to a rep. He sorted everything and did the broadband would be live on the 6th. The 6th came and went, got a text message to everything eas good and would be live on the 10th. 10th came and went and still no broadband. Contacted them on 13th to say it still wasn't live, they said they have now found a fault and an engineer needs to come out. Booked me in on the 15th. Thanks for that EE needed Internet on the 6th but now I won't have to till at least the 15th.
2 moves and 1 upgrade and everytime ee had messed it up and lied about when it will be up and running. **bleep** poor company, don't even know why I'm still with then after another **bleep** show

Hi @jfitz1 ,
I'm sorry to hear of the poor experience you are having. As another customer, I am currently working from home and would be in a horrible position without the service which I pay for.
In addition to the above good advice, you may wish to enquire regarding automatic compensation as it may speed up resolution if it costs the service provider something, and you are not paying for zero service.
I'm sure you would much prefer just to receive the service which you pay for and I would agree entirely. Good luck!
