2nd time i have been overcahrged

Hello there,

please i am writing this to report that I have been overcharged by 47.35 pounds for September. I played my bills on the 47th and the 10th of September respectively yet was still charged. This is not the first time. I was charged 46.4 pounds in April of last year.

@Folarin14 , You will have to ring customer service to get this looked into, as there is no account access.

 

Do you have a direct debit set up and did you also pay separately? Then your direct debit will have gone out as normal, especially if you made a payment close to when your direct debit payments are due. The extra payment will then sit there as a credit and will be used on your next monthly payment. Not sure what you mean by 47th though.
