Keeping old phone number from previous provider

I can’t seem to get my old number transferred over to EE from 3 provider? After replacing new sim with new number from EE?

Have you provided EE with your PAC from your previous network?

This would start the number porting process.

Hi Jon yes thanks for reply it’s just going to take a few days with the holidays I swapped sim over New Year’s Eve silly me with the new year holidays won’t go all through till 5 January
