I am in need of help.
My previous provider Carphone Warehouse/Vodafone did not cancel my monthly insurance. I have eventually cancelled but in order to obtain a refund they require the following information:
The number you upgrade with
* New make and model
* The date it was purchased.
The documents must be an official proof on an official letter headed document. Please ask your service provider to email the proof as a PDF attachment in a non- editable format.
I have called 150 but they were unable to help as do not hold details on file. Can you advise or direct me to the right department.
