Mobile data

I got an upgrade yesterday (Oppo X3 Neo) when I am not using WiFi it will not use the mobile data. I have done the usual checks..mobile data is turned on, airplane mode is off.

Are you on a pay monthly plan? 

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Do calls and texts work without any issues?
