Keep my original number when purchasing a new sim

Hollyu

Hi,

I wanted to keep my old number on EE and I purchased a new SIM card with new number without knowing that. I was wondering if I could still use my old number for convenience instead of changing my number even I’m not switching from another provider.

Thank you

Are you wanting to use it in a new phone? If so, you can order a replacement SIM with the same no. & plan online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
