Just submitted a returns form but no confirmation email ?

@FormattedGnu  Do you have it now ?  Have you checked your spam folder if you don’t have it ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No. Not that I can see .

Is it normal to receive one after submitting or can they take a little
while to come through ? No biggie as I can always call up tomorrow 🙂

If you still haven't received anything about this, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call.

 

They will be able to check your account and give you an update 🙂
