Upgrading to monthly

I have yesterday submitted the order to upgrade to monthly from PAYG but keep number.  How long does this take?  On the email confirmation it says I will be informed when it is dispatched but is it not the same SIM used?  Thanks

Was it the switch to pay monthly facility that you used? The FAQ on that page does say the change normally happens immediately.

 

If you text BALANCE to 150 (it's free), what does the response say?
