EE number switching form submitted but not yet receive confimation email

Hi all,

 

I have submitted switching form to switch from current network(Vodafone) to EE after 5:30pm on 26th but there was no confirmation email sent to me. So, just wondering if I need to do it again or call EE to solve this?
