Hi, I've ordered a new phone and it should've arrived today as I got the notification from DPD. However, it was unable to deliver because of an incomplete address that EE has provided. Is there any ways of fixing this problem? Thanks.

Yes, it was an upgrade.
I have contacted DPD at first place and they said to contact EE because the seller gave an incorrect address.
I did manage to speak with customer service and for some reason, the address was not given correctly to the DPD (even tho when I was ordering it online, I have provided all the information plus I received an email with accurate details). Anyways, the address was updated and hopefully tomorrow I will receive my new phone.
