Hi my samsung s10 stopped working. The touch screen doesn't respond. I can't switch it off because I can't press anything unless the phone runs out of battery. The devices is 10 months old and should still be on warranty. Kind regards.

Hi all, I have submitted switching form to switch from current network(Vodafone) to EE after 5:30pm on 26th but there was no confirmation email sent to me. So, just wondering if I need to do it again or call EE to solve this? Thanks,Henry
