Phone delivery - ID

Hi,Placed my order for a new phone today but I won't be in to receive it as I'm at work.  My mother-in-law will be there to accept delivery but I've read that I have to present ID upon receipt? Can my mother-in-law do this on my behalf?

Resolved! Replacement sim not arrived

I ordered a replacement SIM card 18th January and it still hasn’t arrived is it normal to take this long if sent through royal mail

Order returned

Received confirmation email that order was being delivered but dpd have updated tracking saying my order has been returned at ee request. Cant get anyone e on phone and my ee app keeps stopping once logged in.

Samsung s 10

Hi my samsung s10 stopped working. The touch screen doesn't respond. I can't switch it off because I can't press anything unless the phone runs out of battery. The devices is 10 months old and should still be on warranty. Kind regards.

Incomplete address

Hi, I've ordered a new phone and it should've arrived today as I got the notification from DPD. However, it was unable to deliver because of an incomplete address that EE has provided. Is there any ways of fixing this problem? Thanks.
