Hello 👋 all
can anyone who place order for iPhone 12 pro max 512Gb. Can confirmed if they have had any communication from EE about delivery dates are expecting there iPhone tomorrow 13.11.20.
Reason asking I have place my order upgrade still awaiting email are text about delivery. Have contact EE customer service today honestly they seem unable to help are check what’s going on

I received a notification from my DPD app stating delivery will be tomorrow, but they have not received the parcel yet. This was at 5:10pm

Hopefully you will get your delivery.
however EE need to be more straightforward with there pre-order and delivery information. Clearly there staff unable to help as they don’t have information

Forgot to add call 0800 079 0531 for live stock updates. Only the gold and silver were actually in stock. There is a delay with the other colours

I had the same issue.
I placed my upgrade order online and got the confirmation email.
I heard nothing more, so contacted CS today - although this took 5 attempts. The first 4 couldn't help me, finally I got some one who put me through to the correct team. My upgrade order had failed for some reason, so they had it sat in a queue somewhere. I would have been contacted they stated, but probably not for a few days.
The agent sorted it for me and I now have the DPD email confirming delivery tomorrow.
A lot of work for me, not that impressed.

Wow ok that same colour and storage I order but I’m yet to get any communication
not sure what’s going on will need to check out the number for stock check

Wow 😳 I’m new to EE and honestly I have seen few issue and complain online about there processing issue and customer service but was hoping this wouldn’t happen to myself. But sadly I’m is facing the same issue. For some reason I can’t explain I had to called four to five time just to get one simply request done. Just like the iPhone upgrade this morning when I called the customer Serivce agent seem like she was not willing to help are investigated this issue. She clearly say there nothing much she can do therefore just wait for email which can take up to 14 days

Wow that good news. Will I have to say after you give me the number to ring they where able to help and sort my online order. They told me they was error when place order online. However they re-order my upgrade after speaking with EE upgrade team few mins later I had DPD email and it’s due to delivery today after 3pm so hopefully it’s here will updated you if it’s being delivered
