Hello,
I'm due a standard upgrade today and when trying to change to a SIM only plan, despite clicking on the correct links, the site is only directing me to phone upgrade contracts only. When I click SIM only, there are no options available to me, other than to add a new sim to my contract. I don't want to upgrade my phone, I just want to change my contract to SIM only. Can you please help?

If you're having problems changing your payment plan online, you can do so by calling EE C/S on 150 from your mobile and speaking to an agent.
Explain to them that you want to change your payment plan to a SIM-only, and the plan will probably be active during the same call.
