Hello i just ordered pays go sim car for 15£ online EE last friday and today i received my sim card problem is i cant call any numbers all time say i dont have a credit i can only txt and i have data?

Top up pay as you go

I am trying to top up my 75 year old father's phone and it will not let me.  The site has been down for several days and I have now managed to get a voucher but it still will not let me top up on either my mobile or computer.  

Increase phone storage capacity

HiI am wondering if is possible to buy extra storage/memory capacity for an s24 phone/account.  If so how do I do it ? 

Linking to the app
