I've been a customer of EE for over 10 years now. I have recently been trying to upgrade my phone and plan but i feel like i'm being ripped off slightly, for being a "loyal" customer.
For a phone and plan that i've been looking at with other companies, are less than half of the price that EE want me to pay.
Is the better option to leave EE and choose another company at a much lower cost?
I just feel that EE are taking advantage of the fact that i've been a customer for so long and are ripping me off with their "upgrade" deals.

I'm sorry to hear this is the case.
Some of our monthly plans can be made slightly cheaper with a higher upfront cost.
I'd recommend speaking to our Upgrades Team to see what they can do for you.
