I am on a monthly 100GB data contract & i would like to be able to see my usage as in a breakdown of that if you know what i mean.

What device are you using that's got the SIM in?

it,s the EE 4g wifi router,yes i want to see a breakdown of my data usage.

It's your devices connected to the router that are using your data. EE would have no idea what they are running & nor does the router. It's all packets to them.
