I ordered an iPhone 11 in green 128gb on Sunday 10th October as an upgrade. I had an email confirmation with an order number but have heard nothing since. The tracker just says it can’t show tracking status right now - it’s been saying that all week. When I ordered the phone it was in stock. That was one of the reasons for choosing it. I paid £30 up front for the phone and now ‘my EE’ is saying my next bill is £30 less than usual as though I’ve just made an extra payment. Can anyone help please? I also had Apple TV as part of the package but have had no log in details for that either.

If you're unable to track your order online I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to access your account and give you an update on this.
