EE, how can I send the phone I currently have back as the trade in by the 30th October when I don’t even have the phone?

@LeviGray  instead of posting on a public forum about your issue have you tried calling customer services ?   No one here can help you with this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
