Is there a delay on iPhone 12 pro?

When upgrading it said in stock, when speaking to customer service was also told in stock, now I’m checking and it’s just stuck at “pre order accepted” does anyone have any insight?

Can you explain the delay on my 128gb graphite ordered on the 2nd?? Because I’m not seeing anyone stating delays or problems so as I’m at 21 days I’m confused as to what the problem is here??

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Graphite on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

So we are simply reduced to a generic message as a response gee thanks 

I ordered the pacific blue 128gb on the 5th of November was told 21 days,then after 13 days of waiting changed it to the pro max an was told 7 day estimated delivery that would mean my iPhone should be getting delivered tomorrow or the day after but I’ve had no email or contact from dpd or EE to tell me that it is,I’m extremely disappointed in the service as they should not display available to order but not commit to the delivery time on there website

@Amberhitchen hi, can I ask when did you order your pro max? I ordered mine 10 days ago and was told it’d be 14 days so have they had an huge delivery or how are they going about the 7 days point? Since I’ve not heard anything about my phone except that it’s ‘on track’ but nothing about despatch. 

So I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro 256gb Pacific blue on the 29th of last month, just sat on order confirmed, live chat won't even let me get to the stage of speaking and when I phone ee customer services they just confirm the order but don't give any help or information.. Its been much longer than 21 days, what's going on? I've had no update regarding it taking longer, itll be 28 days this coming Thursday..

 

I switched my order to the 12 pro max on the 17th of November was told 7 days estimated delivery which would of brought it to tomorrow but still no sign,I will be phoning EE today about my concern

Hi there 

 

I ordered and iPhone 12 pro 256/gold on 1/11 and at that time it said delivery within 28 days. 

We are getting close to that now and my order tracking just says awaiting confirmation/pre order confirmed.

 

Will the delivery meet the 28 days as advised when I ordered?
