Is there a delay on iPhone 12 pro?

When upgrading it said in stock, when speaking to customer service was also told in stock, now I’m checking and it’s just stuck at “pre order accepted” does anyone have any insight?

Mine also stated in stock and I was also told that verbally! Whilst I’ve marked this post solution result with the response I got I can’t say I’m happy with it! To be falsely implicating that the product is available only to change that after ordering is an underhand tactic to say the least.

I ordered my one 20.10.2020 and I got the text from DPD about the time. I think in the next few days you need to get it as well. If we see the first come first serve way... but honestly I’m so disappointed too with EE.

When you place an order (especially for the new iPhone 12 pro or other models) the website tells you when it is likely to dispatch. When you track your order for the phone it will probably be stuck on order confirmed and when you get the text from DPD about the tracking and delivery of your phone it’s delivered usually within 24 hours. Just because the tracking on EEs website says dispatch in 24 hours that’s from when you get the text from DPD. There are thousands of people waiting for the new iPhone. My partner included and I ordered his on 24th October! Apple have not shipped enough stock out to fulfil orders which are being placed and probably didn’t expect a high demand

I ordered my pacific blue iPhone 128gb on the 05 of November, have had multiple  verbal conversations with various different people from EE telling me my phone will be with me within 21 days but I’m seeing all these posts about people not getting there phones for a month before me an still no sign of there phone only has me thinking how long am I going to be waiting for mine, even though ee have taken a down payment for the phone already?? @James_B

Hi @Amberhitchen,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

You've been given the correct information, the delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 21 days.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details once your delivery slot has been confirmed.

Thanks

James

There are delays I ordered one for my partner on 24/10 and was told 14
days. It isn’t EE’s fault as Apple have not made enough stock to meet high
demand. I changed my order from the iPhone 12 pro to the pro max and
received it on 13/11.
I cancelled my iPhone 12 pro an switched it to the 12 pro max an they said seven day wait

Hello,

I placed my order of a 256GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue on 02/11/20 - it has now been 21 days and I STILL have no confirmation of delivery day or that it has been dispatched - you took money for the upfront fee of my phone 3 weeks ago -  yet I am still without a phone. You should not be allowing people to order phones if you simply cannot get them delivered within the time frame YOU have disclosed. Please advise when I will receive my phone which I have already paid for!

I’ve been informed now apparently it’s 21 “Working” days despite being told differently on this forum by EE reps!!! I’m the same as you I’m now on day 21 which is when I’m to expect delivery but if it’s “Working” days then that alters the goalposts completely.

Left Arm meet Right arm neither of you know what you are doing but please carry on!

it’s becoming a really unfunny comedy now.

Hi @Sianah11,

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 256GB Pacific Blue on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.
