Hi, 

 

I upgraded my phone yesterday over the phone and was told it would be delivered today and I would receive a time slot from dpd. However, I did not receive a confirmation email from EE and have not heard from dpd either so I have no idea when or if my phone is coming.

Have you had any communication from DPD since you posted this?

 

Have you tried using our online order tracker?

Hi Jon! 

No I still haven’t heard anything I rung EE and they said it would arrive on Monday (today) even though they originally told me it would be next day delivery. Haven’t heard anything today from dpd so it looks like it isn’t coming. 

I can’t track my order as I never got a confirmation email from EE. So a bit unsure on what to do now.

If you're still unable to track your order online, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and let you know what is happening with your order.
