Is there a delay on iPhone 12 pro?

When upgrading it said in stock, when speaking to customer service was also told in stock, now I’m checking and it’s just stuck at “pre order accepted” does anyone have any insight?

Hi, I placed an order on 3/12/20 for an iPhone 12 Pro 5G 128GB Silver. Got an update on 11/12 saying expect it to arrive16th - 21st December. I’ve just tracked it and the expected delivery date has been removed. Please could you update me? Thank you.

Do u know when iPhone 12 pro graphite 128gb will be delivered or back in stock in Huntingdon store as like I said she’s been waiting since the 10/11/20

Same situation. Ordered a 128GB Pro Silver December 3rd. Delivery estimate has been 16th-21st December for about a week now. Today it went back to “order confirmed”. 

I’ll call in the morning now but just curious if anyone has already got some insight? 

Does anyone  feel that the phone itself was oversold? that the upgrade/ sales team should have had better information on stock numbers and that the website should be updated ? and that people waiting had a message explaining the delay instead of having to chase it up? wasting their  time?  its showing iPhone 12 512gb in stock with a days delivery on the site , and I've been told by the upgrade team that that is wrong in the last ten minutes.   I ordered an upgrade over the phone on the 19th off November, to an I phone 12 pro 128 in graphite , i was assured that it would be with me no later than the 12 of December, as i had heard nothing, i chased it and was told there was no date for delivery, it could be two days/ it could be three weeks on top of the (almost 4 ) i have waited. also there would be no offer for an upgrade to a higher gb phone at no cost , and the only option i have is for a pre owned handset, or  leave . Also that i will be charged to cancel the sim card i took out at the same time as the 14 days has elapsed, even though i don't have a handset to put it in. merry Christmas from EE. 

It want from having a delivery date range to none. Order status is confirmed 

I pre ordered the iphone12 pro October 18 waited and waited but nothing tried tracking baby calling ee but they said I would be around 4 wks got past 4 wks and finally when called they put me through to someone else was told that my order was a ghost order therefore had not gone through correctly shades to order again and now still waiting . I'm so annoyed now as was not my fault was not ordered right the first time and I now feel no one taking responsibility as to getting some sort of compensation . Customer service should of offered me something not me asking them . 

In meanwhile still awaiting fof the phone . 

 

When will iPhone 12 Pro 128gb graphite be back in Huntingdon stores and be delivered as my auntie has been waiting since 10th November

The delivery guidance for that model on the 10th of November was dispatch within 28 days.
