When upgrading it said in stock, when speaking to customer service was also told in stock, now I’m checking and it’s just stuck at “pre order accepted” does anyone have any insight?

Hi James.
I upgraded two contracts to the iPhone 12 pro on the 23rd of November, but received confirmation, on the 24th.
The upgrades were a 128GB iPhone 12 pro in Graphite and a 128GB iPhone 12 pro in Pacific Blue.
Are there any updates to as to when I can expect these?

The current delivery guidance for both of these devices is to expect despatch within 28 days.
As soon as there is a further update regarding your orders you will be notified.
