When upgrading it said in stock, when speaking to customer service was also told in stock, now I’m checking and it’s just stuck at “pre order accepted” does anyone have any insight?

@Tonytiger007 ordered exactly same phone in the 29th October , still in the same boat, no updates, phoned them to absolute no real information just "were working close with apple" and "being the fastest 4g provider in UK our demand is very high" basically the same as saying you have a bugatti veyron but no fuel, may be the fastest but can't provide anything to show for it, I'm also losing my patience with it all as well.

That’s the thing. They have never said ‘unfortunately we have not received the stock we expected and therefore are unable to fulfill orders. They are just taking peoples money and giving vague responses. I’ve paid an upgrade fee aswell that’s been taken when I was led to believe this would be taken upon dispatch of the handset.

Do you know when in December you envision stock to be replenished

Hi @James_B,
I only had mine ordered on Monday so I’m probably back of the line 😭. I have on order iPhone 12 pro max 512gb Graphite.

Hi @XOrangeCustomer,
Sorry, we don't have an expected dispatch date for that model. We will deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from our supplier.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

Hi @James_B
Would you hazard a guess on if it’s likely a December or January. Any info would really be appreciated

I'm very sorry @XOrangeCustomer, I don't have any further information to answer your query at the moment.
