Identifying phone number

Since switching from pay as go to contract every number that calls is label as unknown or private how do I change this? I've been through settings and permission and nothing works

@keirtyson you need to call customer services and request that they reset your line.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
