Can not add apple watch series 7

I got my Apple watch series 7 yesterday from Apple Store and I have been trying to set up mobile data on my watch. Everytime I get this screen, it didn’t let me log in or do anything and it’s been like this for a day now.

@kbuaaaaaa   if you have no joy tomorrow then you need to call customer services.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
