I've recently switched from pay as you go to a contract over the phone, and when I try to log in it says it can't complete my request right now and the same with verifying my number for the app, how can I fix this?

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
