On Monday I upgraded by Tablet but there was an issue and I had to call to rectify it. I got through to a very nice lady who said there was problems with the insurance and she was unable to solve it as it wasn't her department but she told me all the information that I would need to discuss with the next lady that she put me through to - although the call was nearly half an hour long both the ladies involved were amazing and up beat and did everything to sort out the issue - which the second lady did and I received my new tablet yesterday and am very pleased with it.
Unfortunately i didn't get the names of the ladies but still wanted to say how impressed I was with how they dealt with the issue in this current situation when they are working from home and don't have all the usual things to hand that they would if they were in the call centre.
So thank you from a very satisfied customer
