Hi,
I am trying to place an order online for a new phone and contract as a new customer. I get as far as entering the delivery address and booking a delivery slot, click submit and then the book delivery page just refreshes.
Any suggestions?

Could you possibly try clearing your cookies and cache, and using a different web browser?
Also, what phone are you looking to order?
Was this showing in stock?

I have just been able to process the order - all information was completed and when i clicked submit on the final page, i was redirected to the homepage and there was no visible confirmation of the order and i have received no confirmation email.
Can you advise at all?
